Kaplan’s welded insulated are high-vacuum, multi-layer insulated, removable cryogenic liquid vessels designed for the safe storage and transportation of liquefied gases such as liquid oxygen, argon, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide (N₂O, when filled in high-pressure cryogenic cylinders).
Our product line includes standard sizes: 180HP, 240HP, 265HP, and 450HP, offering versatile solutions for a wide range of industrial and medical applications.
Manufactured with advanced techniques and strict quality control, each cylinder is built for safety, durability, and efficiency, featuring high gas storage capacity, ease of operation, and excellent refill ability.
We offer a 2-year limited warranty covering only the parts installed by Kaplan, as well as a 2-year warranty on NER (Normal Evaporation Rate) performance. These warranties reflect our commitment to product quality and long-term customer satisfaction.
Our welded insulated cylinders have been recognized with technology awards and carry certifications including U.S. DOT, Canadian TC, and TPED approvals, ensuring compliance with leading international standards.
